Nothing that identifies you. This site sets no cookies, has no accounts and carries no forms today. This is the whole of what happens when you read a page.
How we count visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless. It writes nothing to your device and it builds no identifier for you, so it cannot recognise you on a second visit or on another site.
What it counts: the page asked for, the site that linked to it, the country, the browser and the kind of device, and how quickly the page loaded. We read it to see which pages are read and which are slow. There is nothing in it that identifies a person.
Fonts
Two typefaces load from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and the usual request headers in order to send the files back. That is the whole of the disclosure, and it is the only third party your browser contacts while reading this site.
Google Fonts sets no cookies on that request. The display typeface is served from this site and reaches nobody else.
What the site does not do
No cookies. Not ours, not anyone else's, on any page. No advertising identifier, no tracking identifier, no fingerprint, no profile, and nothing that can follow you to another site.
Two small values are kept in your browser's own local storage: your theme choice, and the fact that you closed the cookie notice. Neither leaves your device and neither reaches us. The cookie page names both.

There is one address on this site, and writing to it is the only way to give us anything about yourself.
What we keep
We keep the correspondence: your address, what you wrote, and what we wrote back. We use it to answer you and to remember what was said if you write again.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asked us a question. It does not require your consent, and we will not add you to a mailing list from it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is useful. You can ask us to delete it at any time, at privacy@guardstate.co, and we will.
The service.
When a customer signs up for guardstate, the service's privacy terms and its data processing agreement are provided as part of that agreement. They describe what the agent and the tenant connection collect, where it is stored, how long it is kept and who processes it. Nothing about the service is collected through this website.
Your rights.
UK GDPR gives you rights over personal data about you. For anything on this website, we are the controller, so the request comes to us.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for our processing to be restricted, object to processing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable form.
There is no automated decision-making on this site, and nothing here builds a profile of you.
How to exercise them
Email privacy@guardstate.co and say what you want. We will answer within one month.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so that we get the chance to put it right.
Changes.
If this notice changes, the new version replaces this one on this page and the date below changes with it.
